Supply and Fix


Our supply and fix service removes any of the labourious processes involved in completing a project.
Within our Supply and Fix service we :

  • Provide a full cost estimating and fixing programme service
  • Provide full roof designs for approval and issue
  • Schedule, order and/or source the materials for you
  • Supply and co-ordinate our own experienced, qualified and specialist Joiners
  • Complete the full roof from top of wallplate to underside of roofing batten
  • Install most eaves materials, dormer constructions and cladding
  • We implement all Health & Safety procedures required to satisfy HSE requirements
  • Provide all our own fall protection on request
  • Procure and operate specialist equipment, including cranes, scissor lifts, cherry pickers and carry our own CPCS / IPAFF carded operatives
  • Provide our own full sign off Quality Assurance process
  • Supply all O&M information for handover manuals

    • Most importantly, you can rest assured we will get your roof finished on time and on budget.

    Internal Joinery

    For the last 12 years Carevalue have operated a supply and installation service of internal joinery items ranging from doors and frames through all fix items to bespoke joinery products such as hardwood screens and reception counters.

    Estimating / Quotation

    We provide a full 'in-house' estimating service free of charge and aim to get our prices back within 1 week from receipt of full working drawings or Bills of Quantities.

    Design

    From project Architect/Engineer drawings received in paper format by post or electronically by email, we are able to provide a full roof design to suit any shaped building.
    From point of order, Truss design layout drawings and Profiles can be issued in hard copy and electronically and are usually available within 1 week from receipt of full working drawings.
    Our trusted designers are situated all over the Country and can be assigned to suit the nature of the project, be it Truss, Glulam, I beam or Timber Frame.
